Berith Klug is a Senior professional with more than 20 years of experience in the E2E Wind Business. She started her career in the wind industry joining Bonus Energy A/S in 1997. She soon became responsible for factory planning and logistics, driving the continuous improvement of SCM processes and deployment of LEAN management.

From 2006 onwards her primary focus has been driving high profile/strategic projects related to e.g. SAP roll out, R-evolution driving LCOE to competitive level and developing the product integrity business model and E2E process landscape. In 2019 she assumed the role as head of Operational Excellence defining and developing the Operational Excellence organization to deliver innovative operational solutions, efficient processes & performance analytics.

In late 2020 she was appointed head of Service Global Operations with the main focus to ensure best-in-class operational performance for more than 70 GW under maintenance.
